Terry K. Williams Sr. is a native Washingtonian and is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Shea Butter Like Whoa LLC. He demands perfection in all Shea Butter Like Whoa body and hair care products — only the purest of natural ingredients are used to manufacture them to provide strong elements of health and beauty. His focus is always on providing customers with "quality over quantity."

Terry received his Bachelor of Science Degree in marketing from Bowie State University and continued with classes in herbal studies at Maryland University of Integrated Health (formerly Tai Sophia Institute). He worked for the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities, an entity of the National Institutes of Health. With a passion for entrepreneurship, he was introduced to Shea Butter in 2004 and began creating health products using plant-based ingredients for family and friends. In 2005, Shea Butter Like Whoa was established in Washington, DC.

Since its inception, Terry has gained recognition for his body and hair care products. In 2013, he was featured in KAMOY Magazine. He has participated in local and national natural hair care expos to grow the Shea Butter Like Whoa brand and engage directly with his customers. In 2011, he visited various villages in Nigeria to learn how African women produce Shea Butter, also known as "woman's gold."

.Giving back is also close to Terry's heart. He is passionate about working with young children and mentorship. In 2013, he was a guest speaker at a Youth Music Mentorship Program in Maryland, where he shared his journey and experiences to inspire and motivate youth to pursue their dreams and set goals. He plans to establish a young entrepreneurs mentoring program through Shea Butter Like Whoa in the near future
